We drove to Austin this morning. Went on a tour of the Statehouse. Beautiful building. Our tour guide was excellent. She absolutely loves her job and her State. Walked around the city which is really pretty and very clean. Drove through the campus of UT – University of Texas.
Then we we went to Georgetown for a scrumptious lunch and walked around the townsquare. Lots of cute shops!! The Red Poppies are blooming which was a treat to see. Another really nice small city. Fun day. Weather was perfect. Sunny and mid-70s.
