I love to garden and I like to add some personality by using all sorts of decor. Sometimes it is old junk that we have brought home from vacations, sometimes it’s concrete items we have created, and sometimes gifts that have been given to me. Attached are some items I have seen that I would like to have. When I see things while touring I take pictures to remind me. If I see items in magazines I like, I “clip” them by taking pictures of the page. If you have a DVR and watch lots of decorating shows like I do, freeze the picture of the item you like, and take a picture with your Smartphone or regular camera. Then you’ll be able to remember what the decorator did.
Any kind of galvanized container makes a great planter.
Old worn out watering cans make good planters.

It is only mid January, but I’m anxious to get out and play in the dirt. Maybe tomorrow I will do some cleanup so that when those little green leaves start to poke through the ground I’ll be able to see them right away.
